We’re coming home Newcastle…
I can’t see the children getting much sleep on the way home as they are still ‘buzzing’ from their Harry Potter experience today. We had the best time there exploring the iconic sets and discovering what it took to bring Harry Potter films to life - Miss Brewster will be very jealous. Some of the children also sampled the butter beer and all of them enjoyed buying trinkets in the gift shop.
All of the staff (including our lovely bus drivers) have commented on how impressed we have been by the behaviour of the children while we have been away - they’ve been an absolute joy to be with. Miss Armstrong set them a ‘who can keep their room the tidiest’ competition at the beginning of the holiday and boy did they rise to the challenge.
Fingers crossed for a smooth journey home and for a sleep in for you all tomorrow.
