Monday 1st December – light up the streets of Crawcrook with stars made by the children. The stars must be ready for the 30th November, and there will be an advent calendar prize for the winner of each class.
Thursday 10th December – Christmas dinner/festive wear. The children can come to school wearing anything festive but there is no need to send money into school with the children as we feel that you have supported enough charities during the term. This year, Christmas lunch will be served in the classrooms. Apart from the Reception and Year 1 children who will eat their Christmas lunch in the school hall.
Tuesday 15th December – On the afternoon of the 15th, we will be streaming a virtual Pantomime directly to the classrooms for the children to enjoy. On the 15th, the children can once again wear their festive outfits. They will also receive their Christmas gifts on this day.
Thursday 17th December – It’s Party Time at Emmaville. In each class, throughout school on the afternoon of the 17th , we will be partying on down!  On the morning of the 17th, the children can arrive at school in their Christmas party clothes.
Still to be arranged – An opportunity for the children to watch the Northern Stages’ Virtual production of the Emperor’s New Clothes.
