We set off from Emmaville Primary School this morning full of excitement, and so far the journey has been going really smoothly. There has been lots of chatting, laughter, games, music and, of course, plenty of snacks!
We stopped at Cambridge Services for lunch, which gave everyone a chance to stretch their legs, grab some food and enjoy a break from the coach. The children have been brilliant and are doing a fantastic job representing our school.
After refuelling and a quick run around, we're now back on the road and heading towards London. The excitement is definitely building as we get closer to the capital and all the amazing experiences we have planned over the next few days.
A huge well done to all the children for being such great travellers so far. We'll share another update once we've arrived and settled in.
London, here we come!
Our first stop was the London Transport Museum, where pupils explored the fascinating history of London's transport system. From historic buses and underground trains to interactive exhibits, the children thoroughly enjoyed discovering how transport in London has evolved over the years.
After a busy day everyone was ready for a delicious meal at Frankie & Benny's and there were plenty of clean plates which is always a good sign!
We are now making our way to the hotel, and ready (hopefully) for a good nights sleep.
