What a wonderful afternoon of cross-country Emmaville Primary had on Thursday 6th October. Twenty -four children from years 3-6 competed in Year 5/6 girls and boys races and Year 3/4 girls and boys races. The children were amazing showing fantastic effort, resilience and commitment. Every single one of them crossed that finish line knowing they had given their all. Not only that, but their efforts were rewarded with both individual and team awards. In the Year 5/6 girls’ race, Ellie came second, and in the Year 3/4 girls’ race Lexie came third. Furthermore, the Year 5/6 A Team came second and the Year 3/4 A Team came third. What a brilliant day of sporting success, amazing attitude and brilliant behavior.
